Re: Annual Basic Salary Revise
I have been working with my current Employer since 3rd January 2011. My salary is RM2,500.00 upon confirmation after 6 months of probation.
I have heard from my colleagues that nobody of my colleagues' salary has been revised annually for increment. So far, our employer is practising what they call 'extra allowance for good attendance to work'
I'm not sure whether I am right on this query but since my previous employer has been practising it. Isn't it that we are entitled to have our salary revised annually to counter inflation?
