Do it this way:
15/6/05 to 14/6/06 = 8 days
15/6/06 to 14/6/07 = 8 days
15/6/07 to 14/6/08 = 14 days
15/6/08 to 14/6/09 = 14 days
Assuming you have exhausted all the leave above, if you take leave again say on 15/1/10, you will only get:
(14 days/12) x 6 months = 7 days.only.
You can check your leave record to verify the actual number of days leave taken so far.
