my colleague was resigned and still have not receive his claim on his mileage and other sales related expenses that he submitted since last year end.
the reason for management holding back his claim was he did not fill up the claim for according to the company claim regulations; he did not specify and clearly define each claim details. the company written him an offcial letter asking him to resubmit the claim in detailed, otherwise they will ognore his claim.
Is the company reserves its right doing so?
