My company request us to work on Sunday (not every week, just occasionally), will i get paid on that?
Are we not entitle to get paid (when we work on Sunday) if in employement contract have this clause:
"In view of your status, position and responsibilities, you may be expected to put in effort and work over and above the normal hours as and when required to meet the exigencies of the Company’s business. You will not be entitled to overtime rates of pay."
My normal woking hours is:
Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm
lunch - 12pm - 1pm
Saturday: 8am - 12pm
