KL Siew pesaraonline@gmail.com 26/12/2009 09:44:08	It is not true. Some companies work 5 days per week and some work 6 days per week. If you work more than 48 hours per week (excluding lunch break), then it is overtime and the employer has to pay for overtime work.

KL Siew 26/12/2009 17:31:09	They can use it as a guideline to see whether the employer is giving them a fair deal or not. If not, they can negotiate with the employer to get a better deal.
