Hi,
I currently work on shift in a company with salary more than 1.5 k, recently my superior told a new rule that if we are on MC or Emergency leave we need to call up one of our colleagues and arranged for a substitute ourselves before we can be off, and if we cannot find one we have to come to work . Is this correct of even legal i mean to force someone to come to work unless they can find a replacement for their shift even if on Medical. Can i be dismissed should i fail to comply even if i am certified sick by company panel doctor ?
