I would like to consult 2 cases as follows:-
1) we have 1 workers apply for 6 months NPL from Jul-08 to Jan-09 due to sick and the company already approved it but before reporting to work on Feb'09 he met the accident again and now he tender his resignation letter by 1 month notice. Need to ask can he entitle to get HL for this accident cases or not?
2) We have 1 staff having family problem and can't work for 2 months, shall company has the right to terminate the services?
