Q1 : when can give appoinment letter to staff after confirmation.
Q2 : When can confirm staff or how long period to confirm staff he/she?
Q3 : pay slip can show the deduction like late,uniform,cashier error or salary error?
Q4 : my company have 2 type of salary like confirm staff & non-confirm staff,so non-confirm staffs my senior not gived them appoinment letter once staff joining,she given when staff become confirm staff only.
it is true?an dcan i follow my senior rules.am newly join in HR DEPT
