The worker started worked since 25/11/09 but not given an appointment letter yet. The supervisor not satisfied with this worker which already create problem.

Can the employer ask the worker to go without any termination letter and pay his salary from 25/11/09 until today. Do we need to pay the EFF & socso for this worker?

You pay from 15/11 to today plus another 4 weeks wages as indemnity in lieu of notice. For EPF and SOCSO, you will have to ask them.

Do the company need to pay 4 weeks wages as indeminity in lieu of notice since he's don't have the appointment letter and not yet register into company database.

It does not matter as long as he has worked there. Of course you can deny you have ever seen him before.

Termination

Can an employer terminate without notice employee who was on medical leave for 2 consecutive days but failed to inform the employer at his/her erliest opportunity? he only informed on the 2nd day. Furthermore, the employee unable to produce the said MCs once he resume his/her work till now. Altogether, it has been a week already. Pls advise.
