Re: Employment Terms and Conditions

Dear Sir,

There is stated in my employment offer letter that employer can terminate employee without any reason. Is this valid under Labour Law? I understand that most companies will terminate employees due to poor performance, misconduct and other reasons. However, this company had stated it so clear that they can terminate without giving any reason. What is your opinion?

Don't worry about that. They can write anything there and it does not take away your rights. If they do that, you can complain.
