My pay is above RM3k
In my contract, my bonus is calculated based on company achieve to be 2012. 22 Jan bonus and my tender resign on 17 jan to 17 feb 2013 . Normally, after calculation of my bonus, it will be deposited in my bank with my salary at the end of jan 2013 respectively.
However, it is stated in my contract that bonus will not be given if i'm in resign status.
1.If I tender my resignation on 17th of jan 2013, am I still entitled of my bonus? ( Note: my pay + bonus will only be deposited in bank at the end of jan 2013.)
2. If I'm entitled for the bonus, what if my company withold my bonus?
