One of my staff work until 7th November and after that absent for 3 days and he only submit his resignation letter(by his brother) on 12th November. His notice of resignation is 1 day. My question is :
1. Salary calculate until 7th November and deduct one day notice? or
2. Salary calculate until 12th November and 9th - 11th consider as UPL?
