I facing few problems

Im a logistic incharge person, JD is to make daily work been done smoothly..

1) Public holiday my company work as usual, but no salary been paid only replace by an annual leave. But now my company not allow me to apply annaul leave as I still have 4 days annual leave. The reason given by company is lack of man power. Then the extra annual leave did not replace by money or brought forward to next year. Is it reasonable for a company to do so?

2) Then under my JD do not stated I need to responsible for any losses in logistic. But when the logistic got lost stock, my company force me to sigh a letter that i need to pay some of the the losses amount, then the amount just paid to my superior but not direct deduct from my salary (not stated in my pay slip). The worse thing is I need to become "A long" collect money from other staff in the logistic to paid the lost stock. Do the company have the right to do?

Well, I think all of you got to get together and make a complaint at the Labour Department and make your grievances known.

Problem for me is others staff at the logistic not willing to join togehter make the complaint. If i alone can do something?

I must let you know if your salary is over RM1500 (I am sure it is), the Labour Department may not help to look into the problem of salary deductions. If that is the case, I think you just have to be more careful with the stock. What your employer is doing may be just a form of deterrence.

1) My salary was above RM1500, if I want to make complaint to labour department, is the department will accept my complaint?

2) how long that an emplaoyee still can make complaint to labour department if already resign? 3 months later possible? Pls advise
