My company have appointed a panel of company doctors but only at selected branches. My question is :
1) If i should go to the panel doctors other branches not under normal circumstances ( example : late at nite or distances too far ). Will my MC and receipt be valid for claim purposes?
2) If my company fails to make regular payments to the appointed panel clinics thus making them refuse services to the employees, can the employee go to another clinic and will my MC and receipt be valid for claim purposes?
