Dear panel,

i have been confirm of service by my company after having six months probation.The problem is the company never ask me anything to sign before they produce my confirmation letter.
As waht i know before, employee need to sign a letter after having appraisal.do my company do the right thing without having my signature before produce my confirmation letter?

It is good enough when the company gives you a confirmation letter. Different companies have different ways of doing things. It really does not matter whether you are asked to sign an acknowledgment or not.
