Re: probation-notice period

good morning. I am still under probation and in the appointment letter , only mentioned the staff need to give 30days notice after confirmation but never mentioned any notice period during probation.

in this case, can I give 24hrs notice if I plan to resign ? Anything highlight in labour law ? Anywhere, my salary is more than RM1500.00

Since you are not covered by the Employment Act, I suggest you seek clarification from your HR about that.
