Dear Sir/Madam,

Is it fair for a company to request an identified candidate to join the company immediately by asking her to leave his/her current employer on 24 hours notice (when he/she should serve 3 months notice), pay the notice amount to the current employer, and finally put her/him on bond?

Is it proper for the new company put him/her on bond when actually she never requested for it, and in fact she really want to serve her notice and leave his/her current employer in good faith.

She better thinks carefully before she makes her final decision. If things don't work out, she could end up jobless.
