Need for your advice here. If a worker was absent for more than 3 days and we did consider she as absconded. This case is happen on 26th Oct.

If she requested company to release her pay with a resign letter submit on today. Can we reject her resign letter and remain our previous record with no pay.

You don't have to reject her resignation. You just withhold her salary for indemnity in lieu of notice which she did not give for her resignation.
