Re: medical leave

my company has assigned panel doctor for its employees. however there are employees who still submitted the medical chit which is not from the panel doctor. is the company able to deduct their annual leave/unpaid leave and NOT to deduct their medical leave entitlement eventhough they submitted mc chit (not from panel doctor)?

If the employees insisted on not wanting to see the panel doctor, the company might have no choice but to do something.

If the company does not want to recognize the medical certificate issued by a non panel doctors, they can treat it as annual leave or not pay leave.
