Re: Calculation of Annual Leave Entitlement when a staff is resigning

How do you calculate the annual leave entitlement of of staff when he resigns.
Lets say he joined 13/7/09 and last working day is 30/11/09.

His annual leave entitlement.

less 2 years is 12 days
more 2 years is 14 days.

Please help me calculate his entitlement.

Entitlement: (12/12) x 4 completed months = 4 days.

we counted as ((18/31)+4)/12 x 12 = 4.58 days. if the company is good enough then it will give her 5 days. otherwise, it will either give 4 1/2 days or 4days.
