Shall the compan has the right to terminate the staffs and just pay the termination benefits and ask the staff leave the company?
may i know to calculate pay for employee (monthly rated) require to work on public holiday.
example - salary per month RM1000.00
working hours 8.00 am to 7.00 pm
To cc: Even the company willing to pay termination benefits, the employee can still complain.
To may: For normal hours (8am to 5pm) (1000/26) x 2
For 2 hours OT (5pm to 7pm) (1000/26) x 3 x 2 hours OT.
