I had joined a new co about 5 mnths ago, still havent sign any appointment letter, only received a piece of letter on the confirmation increament. Am I consider a confirmed staff? If resign should give 1 mnths notice ?

By right, the employer should give you an appointment letter. Anyway, with the confirmation is good enough to say you are confirmed.

Since i am consider as a confirmed staff, if i want to tender resignation, should i follow labor law to give 1 mnth notice? without the appointment letter if I resign will the co have right to ask me give 2 mnth notice or more than that?

When there is no mention of 2 months or more notice, I think 1 month's notice is enough.
