In my company, there is a staff resigned and giving 2 months notice so, the last day should be on 30 Nov 2009.
But, the company request the staff to leave early and the staff agreed, hence the staff left on 19 Oct 09.
Question : Does the company need to pay him salary till 30 Nov 09 or till 19 October 2009. Since is the staff himself agreed to leave the company early?
Quation : is there any law mantion, If the staff agreed to leave early, the contract he signed before that (resign by giving 2 months notice) void?
