Can the employer terminate the employee without holding Dosmestic Inquiry if the staff has admitted in written given fake MC to the company?

I on MC during my pregnancy when i went PPUM doing check up, my doctor say my baby not stable, must take more rest.

If situation for above, my boss can waive my mc and ask me taking my annual leave?

If your doctor does not issue you with mc, you will have to take your own annual leave. If there is mc certifying you are unfit for work, then you are on sick leave.

The MC Cert is given by Doctor.
My company policy didnt mention anything about MC during prenancy. So when i was given MC a day a mth for 2 months, my boss suddenly came up with a policy stating that company doenst covers MC due to prenancy. (My salary is more than RM 1500.00)

Actually, the Employment Act makes no difference whether the mc is because of pregnancy or something else. As long as the doctor certifies the employee to be unfit, the mc is valid. Since you are now covered by the EA. you just continue with the checkup. MC or no mc is not so important, baby is more important.
