Re: Terminate employee during probationary period

Can the company terminate employee before probationary period due? They issue a warning letter / reminder letter two weeks back and insist of issuing a termination letter to the employee with the reason on poor performance. Is this valid in the labour court?

Yes, the company do that and the employee can also complain. Let the authority decide.
