Re: Termination

I have been servicing for this company for more than 1 year but I still not yet receive my comfirmation letter as my appointment stated my probation period is 3 months.
My manager ask me to resign myself. She ask me to return the company belongings to them so that they can process my salary and claim.
I ask them to terminate me If they were not satisfy of my performance.
Do I get paid 1 month salary in this case?
Pls advice!

Don't resign and don't do anything until you have received a termination letter from the company. You can return the company's properties after receiving the termination letter and see how are they going to pay you.

Am I eligible for extra 1 month salary if they terminate me since they have not comfirm me and I have been servicing for the company for 1 year plus?

Yes, they should do that if the agreed notice period for termination of service is one month.

I write a complain letter to my manager and cc to all the staffs in the company.Still no news from them. no termination letter and my claim is on hold. My salary pay day will be on next monday.
Can they take action towards me just because of that complain letter that I have made?
pls advice.

Why worry since they already didn't like you? Let them take whatever action they want. If they don't terminate your service, just continue to work as usual. If you don't get paid, you may complain to the Labour Department.
