Is hospitalisation leave a compulsory entitlement for every staff? If the hospitalisation leave is not stated in the appointment letter and only the 14 days MC per year is stated, must the company give the hospitalisation leave?
If the staff are covered by the Employment Act, they are automatically entitled to hospitalisation even if it is not mentioned in the contract of service or appointment letter.
How many days is entitle for the staff if hospitalisation needed beside the 14 days MC?
