Re: Appointment letter

I just joined company A two months ago but i did'nt given an appointment letter. I did asked all the workers and they also didn't have app. letter. The company have 30 workers altogether. Can I complaint to labour dept.

By law, the employer must give the employees contract of service or appointment letter stating the terms and conditions of service. You can complain.

Regarding the company didn't give the appointment letter what can i do and how to complaint?
Where this company also suddenly deduct my salary.
What can i do? i very confuse.
