Re: Resignation in 2 months notice, reporting manager force to deduct all the balance leave.

resignation in 2 months notice, reporting manager force to deduct all the balance leave.

HR informed me my last day is 19th Oct 2009, but my boss asking me to leave 1st Oct 2009, she said is deducted my leave balance.
i never apply leave for that, and she never send any black and white for my early leave.

HR told me that she is e-mail HR to ask for deduct my leave balance.

You gave notice and your last day is 26 Oct. Why HR wanted to leave on 19 Oct and your manager wanted to you to leave on 1 Oct? If HR is going to grant you your leave balance and want to leave earlier by 19 Oct then it is alright as long as pay you up to 26 Oct.
I am not very clear about all these, clarify with them.
