Can an employer at anytime or at their sole discretion to withdraw or to reduce allowances granted to employee?
Like Handphone allowance provided to be withdrawn due to the employee always not answer to the phone calls made to him which is regarding Company matter to be discussed or follow up.
Talk to him about not answering calls first before you withdraw the allowance. Don't forget, ff you do that he may not be able to talk to the customers also.
What is the minimal wage in order for one to claim at the labour office?
