My manager had told me that my company have to terminate my service on the 15.09.2009 I was told today that I need to write a letter of resignation . I am a car sale man I just collect two booking . the question is should write a letter of resignation ?

In many similar cases, the hint given to ask the staff to resign is meant to avoid the credibility of the staff from being deteriorated if he/she is being sacked. In your case, if the management is willing to waive your 1 month notice or indemnify you with 1 month salary in lieu, it is worth to consider to tender a resignation letter.

If I give a resignation letter, will I get back my commission ? After all salesman depend on commission and I have work for so many company but never terminate before.

I suppose the entitlement of commission is subject to some criteria to fulfill. eg. entitled only upon payment collected. Let's check your letter of appointment or employee handbook.

No idea about the form HRD-4.1 without seeing. Regarding the commission, let's check with HR on the criteria for its entitlement. Alternatively, you may check with your senior.
