Hi there, appreciate could assist me, i got a suspension latter since last
week due to missuse on the personel credit card to customer invoices,
due to this issue i was called up to the HR for investigation and its about
2 week and still waiting for thier new wether to be terminate or not.
Purpose of using my credit card actually was only to accumulate the
point and doesn't aware it was against the company procedure.
If let say i really got terminate, can i treat this as a court case?
