On the related subject, My termination notice is 2 months. I tendered on 20 August 2009, therefore legally my last day should be 19 October 2009. However my employer asked me to leave early on 31 August 2009 without compensating me my 2 months salary.
My employer mentioned that they cannot pay me for not working and literally said that there is no point keeping me either for 2 months. hence refuse to pay. My salary is above RM 5000.
do I have a case to win my 2 months salary if I bring them to court?
