Join the sales team first, gain some sales experience. That may be good for your resume for future job application. If you really don't like it then start looking for another job and resign.

act they do this bcoz they pass to distributor. if they want me to join sales team, then i will become n unconfirm staff & my basic salary will deduct & less than now. They give me 1 month times, but i dont have any transpot. They are now like 'paksa'. Izit they are always right to do that. What can we do to get what we shd get?

I see, then don't resign on your own. Let them terminate your service if they think you are redundant.

Tell your boss you can't take the sales job as you don't have a car. You will consider to take the offer unless the company provides you a company car or relevant allowance. He/She will know what to do. Even if he/she can't offer what you request, he/she will compensate you with salary (according to the length of your service) for the lay-off.

1) According to EA Sec 12(2)(b), you shall be indemnified with 1.5 month salary for a lay-off. But since you are resigning, you shall get 2 month salary in lieu, which is equivalent to the 2 month salary for the 2 month notice you serve, if you are "set free" earlier.

2) It should be, but do confirm with HR.
