Re: COMPANY RULES

IS THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CREATE IT'S IN HOUSE RULE IN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK SUCH AS FOLLOWS:

1. TO DEDUCT THE EMPLOYEE 1 DAY SALARY SHOULD THE EMPLOYEE IS FAIL TO NOTIFY HIS/HER ABSENCE (EITHER EMERGENCY LEAVE / MEDICAL LEAVE) BEFORE 845AM TO THE COMPANY.

2. TO ISSUE WARNING LETTER DUE TO UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE ASSIGNED TASKS ON TIME OR NOT DOING IT NICELY?

The company can make their own rules and regulations but the employees can challenge them if they think the rules are unfair.

1. Knowing that there is such a rule and you don't want to follow, do you think the company should just keep quiet about it?

2. and you also think it is alright to do a job badly and the company must also keep quiet about it?

IF THIS WERE HAPPEN TO ME, WHICH I WAS FAILED TO INFORM THE COMPANY ON TIME (B4 845AM) AND GET SALARY DEDUCTION, WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK IT IS UNFAIR? KINDLY ADVISE.

You can challenge it by complaining to the Labour Department.

BASED ON YR EXPERIENCE, IS THE CHANCE FOR ME TO WIN HIGH?

WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENCE TO THE COMPANY IF I WIN THE CASE?
