Just to ask, is it company has the right to terminate u automatically if an employee didn't turn up to work for 3 days without any notice?

Yes.

"Sec 15(2) An employee shall be deemed to have broken his contract of service with the employer if he has been continuously absent from work for more than two consecutive working days without prior leave from his employer, unless he has a reasonable excuse for such absence and has informed or attempted to inform his employer of such excuse prior to or at the earliest opportunity during such absence."

My comapny having a policy that employee need to gve 3 months notice for resignation. My cooleague plan to abcent for 3 days continuously as she don't want to wait for 3 months. So, is it means that she will be terminated automatically?

Termination without notice can be done after a domestic inquiry is conducted. But make sure show cause letter has been issued prior to this.

1) Show cause letter means warning letter, but sounds better.

2) Domestic Inquiry means an arbitration held to question a staff who is accused of misconduct and is facing a possible dismissal. He/she is given a chance to defend the accusation with valid reasons.

I am working in vehicle sale and my perfromnace is poor my manager has told me today that our company will terminted my service on fifteen of september . my manager had ask me to write a letter of resignation. The question is do I need to write aletter of resignation ? Will they pay my my commission because I have sold two vehicle which I only collec their booking.

I am a saleman working in Proton dealer in K.L.. I was ask to resign becoz of low sale . My company did not pay my comission. what shall i do. I did ask my manager about my commission and the answer is( go and take from my customer)That make me confus.

It's right that employer can terminate although already worked for 2 months and still under probation without any reason.
