Re: Warning Letter Notice

A staff verbally telling me that she requires to take leave (very often, she either MC and take unpaid leave for personal matter after i warned her that her leave has exausted). I replied her verbally that i wont approve but when the day comes, she just didn't showed up. Am i lawful to issue her warning letter? After this letter is issued, am i right to still ask her to raise the Unpaid leave form? Please guide me. Thank you.

Just issue her a warning letter and regard this as an unpaid leave. No need to ask her to fill up the unpaid leave form, as the unpaid leave would have not been approved anyway.
