I HV BEEN WORKING WITH MY EXISTING COMPANY FOR 2 YEARS.

HOWEVER, THE COMPANY DID NOT GIVE ME THE CONFIRMATION LETTER UPON MY CONFIRMATION. MY PROBATION WAS 3 MTHS AS PER STATED IN THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.

SO FAR, THE COMPANY HAD INCREASED MY SALARY 3 TIMES AND THEY ARE QUITE SATISFY ON MY JOB PERFORMANCE.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER IN LEGAL WISE, WHAT IS MY STATUS IN THE COMPANY? ANY RULLING TO SAY THAT EMPLOYEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEEMED AS CONFIRMED STAFF, AFTER SERVICING IN THE COMPANY FOR CERTAIN PERIOD?

PLS ADVICE.

THANKS FOR YR GUIDANCE.

IF ONE DAY, THE COMPANY IS TERMINATING ME, ASKING ME TO LEAVE THE COMPANY IN 24 HOURS AS PER THEIR STANDARD RULE FOR NON-CONFIRM STAFF, CAN I BRING THIS CASE TO IR?

Under the EA, company should give at least 4 weeks notice when there is not agreement on notice period.
