Hi Mr Siew,

I have just revised my HR handbook for my Company and the notice of termintation for senior position has revised to 2 months instead of 1 month. Can i include this revision term in the Annual Increment Letter for those employee whereby their appointment letter is 1 month notice?

Yes. But if the revision take immediate effect, you better circulate a notice and get all senior staff to acknowledge it.
