Re: Resignation

I'm working with a company for more than 3 years. But then, the company didn't ask me to sign/give any appointment letter/confirmation letter to me (only EPF & SOCSO given). And now, I'm planning to resign cause I got a better offered. Am I have the right to resign from the existing company by without giving any notice (but I'll give a resignation letter maybe 1 or 2 days earlier)?

According to the Employment Act, you have to give 4 weeks notice or 4 weeks pay in lieu of notice.
