When the company in bad time, VSS has been taken by employee to reduce the company burden and etc. When the company is back to good condition, why the same EMPLOYEE which take VSS cannot apply to the same company?. Is there any regulation or law for the company not to take?

I couldn't find any Act prohibiting companies from rehiring the staff who walked away with VSS compensation. It might be the company policy does. The question is, do you have the confidence to rely on the same company again if you have a big family to feed?
