There is no provision under the Employment Act for marriage or other compassionate leave. It is up to the company to provide or not.
Marriage leave can be applied as either annual leave or no pay leave. Whereas Compassionate leave (Family illness leave or bereavement leave) are usually given between 3 to 7 days. But I don't see any provision for compassionate leave by labour law.
