Your resignation is not worth it, as everyone will think you admitted such accusation. You may seek help from Industrial Relations if any disciplinary action is taken on you.

No disciplinary action was taken. It's just whenever i saw this manager around the things he said triggers me and it's hard to concentrate on work.Seriously it was very hard days now for me to continue work in this company. How can they accuse and force me to admit when they can't proof anything ? They said CCTV has shown everything but until today they failed to comply with me regarding it ? So what was their plan on this ??I wish to leave. Please tell me any other option i have. ?

Just play your part and carry on with your job. There is "no case" unless they put the accusation in black and white. As the actual thief hopes so much that you will resign. So that this case is completely closed file. But if you insist to resign, one month notice or one month salary in lieu is required.
