We have a staff who are now under prolonged illness leave for 1 year. She's suffering breast cancer and diabetes. However, she wants to start work again, and her doctor has certified that she will be fit to work in mid April. My question is, if the staff fall sick again after 2 or 3 months work, do we continue the prolonged illness period, or she's entitle to get another year of prolonged illness leave?
