Mr Siew ,

Can company forfeit an employee's annual leave if he resign without given any notice to the company ? The workers has join the company for few months n just left the company without any reason. can the company hold his salary as compensate ?

If the worker just left without giving notice, the company can withhold his salary and annual leave pay as indemnity in lieu of notice.
