If our company can only apply leave after 1 year service, and whichever worker that would like to vote on 8/03/08, they can apply their annual leave, how about those service below 1 year, if they apply leave, can company pay them unpaid leave? If can not, what is your suggestion?

For those under 1 year of service, it is up to the company to allow them to take paid annual leave or unpaid leave.
