1. I joined this company since 16/7/2007 and my probationary period was supposely from afore-mentioned date till 3 months later. However, till today (7/3/2008), I was not confirmed and also not given any written notice from the company. May I know how long is a probation period could be? 3 mths, 6 mths, 9 mths or no limitation?
2. Refer to above, during my long pending probationary period. Shall I entieled for any annual leave or medical leave?
