I worked for this company for almost 3 years. Recently I tender my resignation (2 months notice). I still have 2 weeks before my last day.
I think I have been doing my work well, just that i don't like the current state of the company. I've completed all my task for the company without failure, but for the month of February and March i didn't write my TIMESHEET. Regardless of this I did all the work that is necessary.
Because of this, they threatened me not to pay my last salary. Is this legal?
I am not familiar with 'timesheet' but I think it is an important document. While you still have time, do whatever you can to have it done before you go. Anyway, if they fail to pay you your salary for whatever reason, you can alway make a complaint at the Labour Department.
