Re: Resignation

Dear Siew,

Can 1 month notice plus 38 days of AN be considered as a 2-month notice for resignation? I didn't mention the 38 days of AN in my resignation letter. Will the management count in my AN themselves?

Note: My company poilicy is, the employee must give 2 months notice for resignation.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

First you give 2 months notice and then you apply to management for your balance of AL to offset your notice period and wait for their response.
