Hi Siew,

Is there such law that company have the right to reject our annual leaves? after working for 2 years. I'm planning to apply 6 days annual leaves.But it was rejected.Reason being is short of managers. What should I do.?

You mean they have been rejecting your leave applications for the past 2 years? Complain to the Labour Department, that's what you can do.

ok. the problem is in my work place, HR do not have the record of all employees annual leave. what if they say that my annual leave is finish.
